Bespoke Travel by Tamara, an Independent Travel Advisor

1. About Us & Acceptance of Terms

Bespoke Travel by Tamara (“Bespoke Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent travel advisory service providing personalized travel planning, booking assistance, and concierge-style support to clients.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking travel through us, or otherwise engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and our services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to engage our services.

2. Scope of Services

Bespoke Travel by Tamara may provide, as requested:

• Travel consultation and trip design
• Research and itinerary planning
• Booking assistance (air, hotel, cruise, tours, transfers, experiences, etc.)
• Coordination with third-party travel suppliers
• Support before and during travel, where applicable

We do not own, operate, manage, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers.

3. Role as Travel Advisor / Supplier Terms Apply

Bespoke Travel by Tamara acts solely as an intermediary and booking agent between you and independent third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”).

All travel services are provided by Suppliers and are subject to each Supplier’s individual terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Payment schedules
• Cancellation and refund policies
• Change fees and penalties
• Supplier-imposed rules and restrictions

Supplier terms are typically presented at booking and/or included in confirmations and invoices. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding these terms before making payment.

4. Consultations, Professional Fees & Payments

Free Consultation: We offer an initial consultation at no cost.

Professional Fees: Professional service fees may apply for trip planning, design, booking, and ongoing support. These fees are typically charged when you authorize us to proceed with a booking and you make a deposit or payment toward travel arrangements, unless otherwise disclosed in writing.

• Professional fees compensate for time, expertise, research, coordination, and support.
• Professional fees are separate from Supplier charges.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, professional fees are non-refundable once charged, as the value is delivered through services rendered.

By providing payment information, you authorize us and/or the applicable Supplier to charge your payment method according to agreed terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete traveler information (including legal names matching passports or IDs)
• Review confirmations, invoices, and travel documents promptly
• Meet all payment deadlines and submission requirements
• Confirm passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements for all destinations

You are responsible for any costs, penalties, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided or missed deadlines.

6. Travel Risks & Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, weather events, transportation disruptions, supplier defaults, political or governmental actions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Bespoke Travel by Tamara is not liable for losses, injuries, delays, or disruptions arising from events outside our control.

7. Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

All changes and cancellations are governed strictly by Supplier policies, which may include significant penalties or non-refundable terms.

We are not responsible for:

• Supplier schedule changes or cancellations
• Price increases or fuel surcharges
• Force majeure events (including natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics, health emergencies, or government actions)

Any assistance we provide during such events is on a best-effort basis and does not create additional liability.

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE DISCLOSURE (IMPORTANT)

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected events, including but not limited to:

• Trip cancellation or interruption
• Medical emergencies and emergency evacuation
• Travel delays and missed connections
• Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage
• Supplier insolvency coverage (where available)

You are responsible for deciding whether to purchase travel insurance. If you decline coverage, you accept responsibility for any financial loss related to cancellations, changes, medical expenses, evacuation, or travel disruptions.

Timing Matters: Certain benefits (such as pre-existing condition waivers) may only be available if insurance is purchased within a limited window after your initial trip deposit.

Bespoke Travel by Tamara may provide insurance referrals or quotes; however, we do not guarantee coverage or claim outcomes. All insurance is subject to the policy’s terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.

9. Supplier Default & Financial Protection

Bespoke Travel by Tamara books travel directly with Suppliers on your behalf. We do not hold client funds, operate trust accounts, or insure Supplier performance.

In the event of Supplier insolvency, cessation of operations, or failure to deliver services, any recovery or refund is subject solely to:

• The Supplier’s policies
• Credit card protections offered by your card issuer
• Any applicable travel insurance coverage

We are not financially responsible for Supplier default but will provide reasonable assistance in pursuing available remedies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bespoke Travel by Tamara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, negligence, or failures of any Supplier.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the professional fees paid directly to us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of our services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including itineraries, documents, branding, text, and design—is the intellectual property of Bespoke Travel by Tamara and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Privacy & Communications

Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy. By submitting your information, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry, planning, or bookings. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

13. Third-Party Websites & Tools

This website may include links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or policies. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk and governed by their terms.

14. Governing Law & Venue (Nebraska)

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located within Nebraska, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

15. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
